2026 Season Hours
For the 2026 season, Wild Rivers opened weekends starting May 16, runs daily from June 5 through August 31, and then returns to weekends-only from September through October 11. I always tell families relocating in late spring to put this on the calendar, because it makes the first summer in a new home memorable.
Irvine Spectrum Center
The Irvine Spectrum Center is the city's go-to outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, and it is one of the places I most often meet clients for coffee between showings. It blends high-end retailers with everyday favorites, plus plenty to do beyond shopping:
